List the financial products available to the borrower.

Financial products are the product against which a borrower can submit loan requests.
Each come with its own set of rules, and balances (maximum amount available, etc.).

max_amount is the amount to display to the user. When it is null and the status is not CREATED
this means that the user should not be shown a financing capacity. Instead he must make a loan request
that will be evaluated specifically. For the moment this is applied only to the FLEX_FINANCING financial
product.
