Updated denial reason codes to include new CCSF reason

Changes

• No API endpoints were added, updated or deleted in this release.
• The "denial_reason" and "status_reason" enumerations on multiple objects including APIBorrower, APICreditLimit, APIInvoice, ApiBorrowerFinancialProduct, EligibilityDenialReason, LoanAPI, and MinimalLoanAPI have been reordered and updated.
• Notably, a new denial reason code CCSF_TRANSACTION_WAITING_END_INSTALLMENT_PLAN was introduced to represent cases where a denial is due to the counterparty being able to come within 3 months of the end of the installment plan.
• The enumeration values have been shifted to accommodate this new reason, moving prior codes down by one index.

This update reflects a better categorization of denial reasons but does not change any API endpoint or response structure.
