Update FP status enums with new status mapping including CLOSED_BY_USER

Changes

• Modified the enum values of the status property in ApiBorrowerFinancialProduct and fp_status_on_manual_review_eligibility property in FPUXConfiguration.
• Changed the status value previously known as DEACTIVATED to CLOSED_BY_USER.
• Updated other related status enum values to maintain the sequence and consistency.

No endpoints were added, updated, or deleted in this change.
